Electronic Communications
Visiting the VCS website or communicating with the VCS staff constitutes electronic communications. By using these services or forms of commutation you agree to all agreements, disclosures and all other electronic communications you agree to those satisfying all legal requirements have been agreed to.
Payments
VCS accepts various forms of payment. Cash, certified check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Fax-a-Check and ACH. VCS reserves the right to request certified funds for any order at any time.
Credit Accounts
At this time VCS is not opening credit accounts. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Taxes and Exemptions
VCS requires resale certificates for all dealers requesting to be tax exempt. You can fax the resale for your state at 270-465-3223 or email them to sales@visioncabinet.com.
Return Checks
VCS will charge an $50 returned check fee for all returned checks. Any returned check must be paid in full, as well as any fees before any additional orders will be processed. VCS reserves the right to demand cash, credit card or certified check payments for shipments from any client with multiple returned checks.
Return/Replacement of Product
Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that some items of your order are damaged when you picked up or delivered VCS will make valid attempts to correct these issues as they arise. VCS will ship our new items or parts quickly at no additional cost. The client is to place the replacement order on VCS replacement form within 10 days of purchase. The client will also need to provide pictures of the product. This replacement order can only be placed by a VCS client….NOT the clients customer.
Replacement Policy
To receive a replacement item or part please follow these procedures:

Submit you order of replacement within 10 days of purchase.

Fill/complete the replacement form in full.

Email the replacement form to sales@visioncabient.com.

Once the replacement form is received we will review the claim. If VSC finds the claim viable we will reply within 2 days.
No items or parts can be replaced when:

They have been assembled and not in the original for as when they were purchased.

If the item has been installed on the job site.
-
If the cabinet has hardware installed.
-
If the cabinet has been installed on the job site.

If an item was ordered wrongly by the client.
ALL replacement items should be identified at the time of arrival at your destination of delivery.
If boxes are damaged at the time of delivery it MUST be noted at that time on the Bill of Lading. If you sign without noting the damage of the product it is not replaceable.
